How do I use a discount code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save. **Please note:* Only one discount code can be used per order.
I forgot to use my discount code!
Made your ASTRO NOVA purchase, and as the payment was loading you realized with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply email our lovely Elsie Love team at support@astronovasports.com and they will be happy to help correct this for you.
Can I use my discount after a return?
Unfortunately, all discount codes are one-time use.
Can I apply my discount on sale items?
Valid discounts will apply to full price product only.
Can I use my discount on a prior purchase?
Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes retroactively. We are unable to price adjust, in accordance with our price adjustment policy.
Can I use more than one discount on my order?
Discount codes cannot stack at checkout, Terms and Conditions apply.

Valid discounts codes will be sent directly to your phone or email inbox.
Can I use my discount with a gift card?
Yes, a discount code can be combined with a gift card in checkout.
Where do I apply my discount?

My code does not work
Please note that our discount codes are for one-time use only.
If your order is canceled or returned, you are unable to use the code a second time.
Additionally, discount codes are unable to be stacked on site-wide promotions.
